What is your cancellation policy?

We want to make sure that everyone has access to our rentals. We ask that you kindly let us know of a cancellation of your event at least 1 month prior. If a notice is not given, the customer agrees to paying a 10% fee of their final purchase amount.

How do I secure a date?

Securing a date is quick and easy! Send us a message to let us know you are interested. We will promptly send you over a e-sign contract to fill out. You will also need to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit that goes towards your final balance. Once these 2 things are done, your rentals are secure for your date!
